On October 25, 1989, ZsaZsa Gabor was sentenced to three days in jail, fines, and community service for slapping a Beverly Hills police officer Paul Kramer.

The trial brought a new notoriety to ZsaZsa and introduced her to a younger generation via her many appearances on talk shows after the trial.
On October 21, 1963, Eva Gabor replaced Vivien Leigh in the musical, Tovarich, on Broadway. Leigh had left the role on October 7 due to health issues. The production closed two weeks later.

On October 18, 1967, ZsaZsa Gabor divorced her 5th husband, Joshua Cosden in a quickie divorce in Juarez, Mexico. The couple were married on March 9, 1966. She wouldn’t marry again until 1975.
On October 15, 1969, Wake Me When the War Is Over premiered on ABC television as the Movie of the Week.
Ken Berry stars as a WW2 pilot who is shot down over German. He is hidden by a Baroness (Eva Gabor), who falls in love (lust) with him. She plots to hide the news that the war is over so that he will not leave her.
The film is a little cheesy, but fun. The cast has some memorable guest stars ( Werner Klemperer, Jim Backus). The plot is predictable and was incorporated into one of the origin stores on Green Acres.

On October 11, 1957, My Man Godfrey premieres in New York City, New York. The film, a remake of the 1936 film of the same name, stars June Allyson, David Niven, Jessie Roye Landis, Robert Keith, Eva Gabor, Jay Robinson, Jeff Donnel and Martha Hyer.

Halloween is fast approaching. Here’s an easy costume idea for all you procrastinators: Minerva from Batman. Zsa Zsa Gabor played Minerva in what would be the last episode of the Batman series.
The costume is simple. One silver rain coat, one pair of silver gloves, one pair of silver boots, and a lovely pair of diamond (or rhinestone) dangling earrings. The final piece? Two sexy male friends in white pants and a white tee, labeled “Adonis” and “Atlas.” Simply walk around with the eye candy and enjoy your evening.
